Billy personally measures every opening, photographs the existing reveal, and produces a written specification with frame system, glass make-up, U-value and ironmongery listed line-by-line. No deposit at the visit, no obligation.
Priority Installation Scheduling
Confirmed orders placed before the 15th of the month receive priority slots in the following manufacturing window. Useful when you're working backwards from a builder, plasterer or decorator's date.
Extended 10-Year Workmanship Guarantee
Every installation is covered by a written 10-year workmanship guarantee on top of the manufacturer's frame and sealed-unit warranties. Aftercare adjustment visit included as standard in the first 12 months.
Zero Call-Out Fee on Aftercare
If anything needs adjustment in the guarantee window — handle alignment, hinge tension, weather seals — we attend at no call-out charge. We don't sub-contract aftercare.
Fixed-Price Promise
The price quoted in writing is the price invoiced. Any genuine variation (e.g. unforeseen lintel work) is signed off in writing before any further work continues. No drift, no surprise extras.
Builder & Architect Coordination
On extension projects we liaise directly with your builder or architect at no charge — opening sizes, threshold details, lintel heights, structural openings — so the glazing arrives on the right day, ready to fit.
Eligibility & terms
- · All inclusions apply to residential installations within our primary Essex catchment and listed surrounding counties.
- · Priority scheduling is subject to manufacturing capacity in the relevant month and is confirmed in writing on order acceptance.
- · The 10-year workmanship guarantee covers our installation. Frames and sealed units carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10–25 years depending on system).
- · Free aftercare call-outs apply to original installations within the workmanship guarantee period and exclude accidental damage and third-party modifications.
